I got something to announce to everyone... Oh yes, it's true.... and I'm going to let you all know today... I bought some sweet things for a very special person. :)... haha, okay, I won't keep you in suspense any more. LOL, I'm really bad at these suspense things :P

Okay, Okay, I actually have three special Valentines. Oh yes, be jealous :) lol My dad and I ended up going to Wegmans tonight and we got some gifts for the three special ladies in our life. Yes, that would be my mom and sisters :) Haha, seriously though. They have been amazing to me and it is such a blessing to have such great sisters and a great mom. I gotta tell ya'll they do some amazing cooking and it's really been nice having all these construction guys around the house because now their making even more cookies. It probably isn't the most healthiest thing, but hey, they sure do taste good.  I just need to keep working it off on the weight system :)

Also Nina wrote me a sweet little letter today which I thought was very nice of her. There are a lot of great things I can say, but I'll to summarize it I will just say they are the best sisters and mother anyone could ever have. :)

And I actually have pictures tonight :) Have a Great Day Everyone!

Fireproof - So Inspiring

Friday, February 13, 2009 2 comments

I just finished watching the movie "Fireproof" with my family and I gotta say that Sherwood Baptist did a fantastic job at creating another great Christian Film. Beside the music I absolutely loved the video. OKAY, before I go any further in writing I'll just so NO I'm not having marriage problems, duh, obviously I'm not even married. I hope that wasn't a revelation for anyone. But, anywho. The whole truth of understanding what true love is so important. When you understand what Jesus Christ did for you when you were an enemy against him is so amazing. Jesus loved us before we ever even thought about loving Him back.

The Love of Christ is just so amazing. When you even begin to grasp the truth of God's love toward you, it is not possible to even begin to hate someone. The Bible from the beginning to the end shows Christ's love toward us... Some people base their unbelief on why would a loving God create hell. The real thing to focus on is why did a loving God die. Hell was created for the devil and his angels, however our rebellion against God causes us to be punished to hell unless we repent. Hell is a warning, not the focus. See that Christ loved you inspite of your sin and things will change. I Know =)

(ok, and side note here, please don't think that I have the lessons I post here on my blog down pat,,, haha ya.. that would be awesome if I did... but my goal is to keep changing so hopefully I will get some of these lessons better implemented by the end of my life :) Just wanted to tag that on so you don't think I am problemless, haha, far from that my friend, far from... God is still very busy working on me

Thanks for reading Everyone!

P.S. I SOOOOO want to create a motion film after watching the video....AHHH I would love to do that so much! =)

I am the Lord's!

Thursday, February 12, 2009 0 comments

Romans chapter fourteen has more truth than I can ever preach. I am overwhelmed by the lessons which go throughout here. So many messages can be preached from this passage, but I think we will not understand it to it's fullness till we all stand before God. There is so much I would love to share, but I don't think my fingers would permit me to write so much and I think you wouldn't read it all. One truth that just really hit home to me is Romans 14:7, it says, "For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself." After looking at the context and diagramming this, the reality of that fact that God owns me struck my mind. We don't have a right to live for ourself. Those who have trusted in Christ have been saved from penalty of their own sin. Which is me! I have been bought back from the doom of sins penalty and have been set aside for Jesus Christ. After all Christ has done for me how could I ever live for myself? How could I ever live for the flesh. I pray that I may always catch myself from living for myself in the flesh and turn away.

In the context here it is also talking about not judging those that are weak in the faith because they are also children of God and God will cause them to stand. None our debating will do a thing for them. We must live our life for Christ as he persuades us through the scriptures and those that are weak if they be children of God will begin to stand strong through the Holy Spirit working within them. God says in His word here, don't spend your time doubting them, judging them. Every person will stand before him to give account of their life. It is not our position to judge another, or dull our standards to make them feel "welcome". Absolutely not..... LIVE FOR CHRIST for if you have trusted Christ as your Saviour, then you are no longer in the chains of sin, you are no longer chained to just doing whatever the flesh wants to do. You are FREE you are free to live for Christ. You are the LORD's.

The excitement to me is so great in my heart right now. I am however nervous about what the Lord says in those verses, because we will give an account of our life. Though God says we aren't to be judging each other, there is a judgment that will come and is inescapable. We will be judged by our works. Thankfully I am Christ's and will not be sent to Hell because he has already forgiven me. I will be responsible if my lifestyle has caused any to stumble. I want to be far more careful of this. I want to watch out for the critical spirit which sometimes clouds my mind. I want to be careful that I am living my life so that others will want to live for God to their fullest. May I never cause anyone to ever stumble.

I am the Lord's... May I live completely for Him

A New View

Saturday, February 7, 2009 0 comments

Recently I've been working on my website www.BenH-Productions.com . I encountered a problem with a free video hosting company and frankly they didn't want my videos on their website since it was promoting my services. It was kind of a bummer because I really liked their flash player. However, I understand their policy now after they explained it to me and removed all my videos immediately. :) So I found that since most of my videos are under 10 minutes they can be put on YouTube Since I was already doing a bit of work to fix the video section. I decided to redesign the whole website. Kind of like a house cleaning project, but more like a website cleaning project. The other site really didn't say much about me, it only showed what I did. So I decided, why not tell more about myself so they know who they are hiring. Most importantly it gives me the opportunity to share what the Lord has done in my life. I think it is just about done. You'll notice that I also included my blog in the website also. :) All my posts will be shared on the site through the RSS feed which I think is pretty cool :) The website for my business www.benh-productions.com

Have a Great Day!

God's Redistribution Plan

Monday, February 2, 2009 1 comments

Okay, you are right. Yes, it is another post that does involve some political jargon. Unless you've been under a rock in the bottom of the sea you probably have heard of Obama's idea for wealth redistribution. The plans he has made for those that are rich to unwillingly give their money to the poor and the poor to then get the money to spend and soon everybody has no incentive to work and everybody will all work together as middle class or something. Well, ya I guess that Bens idea of how it works, but what I want to share with you today is God's redistribution plan. This thought popped out to me as I was reading my Bible this morning. In Matthew chapter twenty five verse twenty eight and twenty nine it says, "Take therefore the talent from him and give it unto him which hath ten talents. For unto every one that hath shall be given , and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath."
Now this story is an example of how the Lord will rewarded those that did something with what He taught. They saw their position as stewards. They saw what the Lord had given them to be stewards of and they proceeded with the task. Well, at least two of them did. The third guy thought that since he only had one talent he didn't have to do anything with it. That was a foolish man. In the end he lost the single talent he had and was punished because of his lack of work. God redistributed this guys single talent to the guy with ten talents because he was diligent with what he received. Whether you have two talents or two hundred. Don't think about the amount you have, just simply get busy with what you have. You don't want God to have to distribute your talents when you stand before him one day.

Put each talent to good use!
